The banner at the top of the Get Started page tells you the status of your site.

• First time: It will prompt you to set up your site. Click it to open the Site Builder, which is the first step in getting your site live. In the Site Builder you will choose a template for your site's layout and set your branding — your colours and logo. Once this is done, your site is ready and further changes to appearance and settings move to Tenant Settings.
• After setup: The banner updates to confirm your site is live and directs you to Tenant Settings for any future changes to your site's appearance.
